Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
This Chocolate cupcake recipe has been submitted by Alana from Mud Mates and it just happens to be dairy and egg free!
First bowl mix together:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa powder (ensure it is milk free)
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Second bowl mix together:
2 cups water
1 cup canola oil
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
Add dry ingredients by spoonfuls into wet ingredients, mix well until all blended.
Transfer into jug for easy pouring.
Fill paper cases ¾ full.
Bake in oven 180C for approx 17minutes.
Can be used to make a cake if you prefer.
