I love to bake and while my sweet tooth may thank me for that, my waist line certainly doesn’t!
I have grown up with the Edmonds cookbook range, in-fact I still have the copy my mum gave me when I left home many years ago. So when I had the opportunity to review the latest release of the Edmonds Beginner Cookbook, I couldn’t wait!
From a basic pizza base, delicious pancakes to my personal favourite, afghans, your children will have lots of fun making their own food. The illustrations and hints are very handy.
We have tried many of the recipes, with some of the cupcakes and muffins becoming lunch-box staples. The baking recipes have all been fairly fool proof but unfortunately they are not allergy friendly which means if my husband wants to eat any of it, I have to modify the recipe slightly.
If you want to teach your children about cooking, then the Edmonds Beginner Cookbook is a must.
