My Miss 3 is a peanut butter fiend, she would eat it for every meal and right out of the jar on a spoon if she was given half the chance! So when I saw this recipe from Julie Bhosale for a Peanut Butter Smoothie I know we had to give it a whirl! With natural delicious ingredients, it’s no wonder that this smoothie was such a firm favourite!
This is what Julie has to say about her recipe…
“This is a delicious smoothie, using some of my favourite ingredients; avocado and peanut butter! Both of which makes the smoothie really creamy and adds some good fats and protein. A super easy snack, great for before or after some activity and is also a great breakfast option!”
Here is how you can recreate it…
1/2 cup of plain, unsweetened yoghurt
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons (or scoops) of avocado
1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Whiz altogether…done!!
